We are a husband and wife team based in Franklin, Tennessee, with a shared love for hospitality, gathering people together, and creating experiences that feel personal and intentional. We met in Nashville, where our story began, and over the years we have both spent time in the hospitality world learning what it means to serve well, pay attention to the details, and make people feel genuinely cared for. Salt & Smoke Co. was born from a desire to build something special together, something rooted in our marriage, our faith, and our love for bringing people around the table…or bar. We believe hospitality is more than service; it is a way to love people, create comfort, and make ordinary moments feel meaningful. Our faith is the foundation of how we approach this business, reminding us to seek God first and use the gifts we have been given to serve others well.
